Warranty Guidelines
- Step 1: Call 043 043 1531 to report your problem
- Step 2: Make sure you have your unit serial number handy
- Step 3: We check to see if you are either in warrantee or out of warranty.
In warranty:
- Step 1: Check the warranty claim guide to confirm which parts are covered.
- Step 2: Call-out fee and labour are not charged.
- Step 3: Our office will book a technician for you.
- Step 4: If any parts are not covered under warranty, it will be invoiced.
Out of warranty:
- Step 1: We will send you your first invoice, which includes:
- Call-out fee: $150.00 (covers metropolitan areas; additional charges may apply for non-metropolitan areas).
- Step 2: Once payment is received, we will book a technician. The technician will assess and determine if any parts need to be ordered.
- Step 3: We will send you a second invoice for the parts needed and additional labour. Upon payment, we will order the parts. Once the parts arrive, we will send the technician to complete the installation.
- No second call-out fee will be charged.
- Labour: $75.00 per hour.
